TBox ACC 485 remote maintenance: Isolator for RS 485

ACC-RS485 is an easy-to-use RS485 splitter used in fieldbus system. The RS485 separator is mainly used:

• Galvanic isolation Bus segmentation to increase the baud rate or distance
• Expansion of the number of stations
• Overvoltage protection of a fieldbus

Both sides are accessible with separate connectors. ACC-RS485 has a plastic housing with DIN rail mounting and screw terminals. Baud rates and termination can be easily configured using DIP switches. LEDs provide information about the performance and status of the communication.
