Hammerglass INSULATE is an insulating glass system with double or triple glazing and a glass of your choice for the inner pane. Hammerglass INSULATE can be integrated into existing glazing. Its lightweight and high security class offer numerous possibilities for glazing in existing constructions. Hammerglass INSULATE provides excellent resistance to burglary and vandalism.

We test the strength!

We thoroughly test all our products. Watch the film in which we conduct a violent strength test on 6 mm Hammerglass compared to conventional safety glass from a police station (25 mm laminated glass).

Hammerglass INSULATE

Hammerglass INSULATE is manufactured in all available insulating glass designs, typically with Hammerglass on the outside. For the second and/or third glass pane, the customer can choose from all types of glass available on the market. By installing Hammerglass as the inner glass pane in the insulating glass unit, the system provides protection against shatter injuries in the event of an explosion.

Hammerglass INSULATE also features excellent sound insulation properties, a low U-value, and sun protection capabilities. It is also available with heat-reducing Hammerglass IR, a lightly tinted Hammerglass that offers a heat reduction of 45%.

All window manufacturers/aluminum processors are capable of supplying windows or doors with Hammerglass panes. We have cooperation agreements with leading window manufacturers.
