Safety glass & touchscreen

Hammerglass is excellent for applications where a safety glass pane needs to be cleanable, as well as for situations where a shatterproof touchscreen is required.

A special requirement regarding screen protection is that the glass used should have an anti-reflective coating. Since anti-reflection and scratch protection are not compatible, a compromise must be found in every case.We are happy to help you find a solution that meets your requirements.

Design

Rounded corners, odd angles, curved panels, milled holes, or other modifications are not a problem. We have the capability to precisely size and shape Hammerglass panels using CNC milling.For larger series of glass panels, the glass can be printed using the screen printing process with black masking around the edges before being coated with the extra-hard Hammerglass surface coating made of silicon dioxide. Hammerglass is also available as colored impregnated glass.
