Right of Withdrawal

We deliver, unless expressly agreed otherwise, primarily Ex Works according to Incoterms. Shipments to the domicile in Switzerland will be insured for transport at your request and at your expense. In the event of damage, a report from the transport company must be submitted to us immediately.

If the inspection is omitted or if identified defects are not reported in writing to INTECH-ICS AG within 8 days of receipt of the delivery, any warranty obligation of INTECH-ICS AG is excluded.

The return of goods can only take place with our express consent. For products ordered online, you can request a return in your account.

We reserve the right to charge a handling fee. Packaging and transport costs will not be refunded.
