Payment

For online orders, you have the following prepayment options:

• Bank transfer (You will receive an order confirmation and invoice with the necessary details after placing your order)

• Twint, Mastercard, Visa (Payment is processed through an external service provider).
  

The delivery time is 2-3 working days after the order confirmation (not order acknowledgment) and successful payment receipt for in-stock products (unless otherwise stated in the product description).

Shipping costs for Switzerland and Liechtenstein

Order value up to CHF 999.99 including VAT

The shipping costs are CHF 15.- including VAT for products shipped via parcel service.

Order value from CHF 1000.00 including VAT

The shipping costs for delivery addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein are free of shipping costs for products that are shipped via parcel service.

Exception

Storage (wardrobe, workbench, ski cabinet,...)

No shipping costs will be incurred for these products unless explicitly stated otherwise.
