The RLU load cell should be mounted on a hard, flat surface. Tension/compression load cells measure the force applied to the central thread of the load cell.
It is important to ensure that the force transducer of the RLU model is not subjected to a load or force that exceeds its performance capabilities. Therefore, the selected range of the tension/compression force transducer model RLU (universal force transducer) should be suitable for the maximum force (including transient forces) that can be applied to it.
