Hammerglass-Reflect mirrors are made of unbreakable mirror safety glass and offer optimal protection against vandalism. These unbreakable glass solutions are extremely robust in the areas in which they are installed. They help reduce costs caused by vandalism or damage. Thanks to the nanotechnological surface treatment, they are resistant to most chemicals. The cleaning of the Hammerglass-Mirror can easily be cleaned with most known cleaning agents without causing any damage. These mirrors are ideal for public toilets, changing rooms, sports facilities, elevators, prisons and psychiatric departments.

Lightweight mirrors with or without frames

Hammerglass-Reflect mirrors weigh only 1.2 kg/m² per mm of thickness, which is only half the weight of conventional glass. With such a small glass weight, a 6 mm thick glass weighs only 7.2 kg/m². This low weight makes it possible to handle the mirrors without heavy lifting and to stick safely onto the desired surface even with larger formats.

Wall-mounted mirror glass

The design possibilities are almost limitless. The mirror safety glass can be tailored to special dimensions and in any desired shape. Due to the low weight, the handling of larger glass areas is simplified. Standard sizes are also available:

Hammerglass Mirror Glass is mounted using through-bolts, fixing points or clamp fixings. The drilling can be carried out in the factory or on site. When installing with glue or silicone, Hammerglass AB should be consulted for the selection of the appropriate product. At larger areas (~1500x2000 mm) the Hammerglass Reflect on a flat surface must be pre-gluedto achieve the best optical effect. The framed mirror is fastened by a continuous screw. The reflection of Hammerglass Refelct is depending on the wall not 100% distortion-free!

* Recommended are Hammerglass Reflect in sizes up to 1 m², depending on the intended use of the mirror. Hammerglass Reflect has a scratch-resistant, chemical-resistant mirror surface and is designed to withstand external influences. Since the base material is softer than conventional mirror glass, Reflect can distort the mirror image from a size of 1 m². Intech-ICS AG does not guarantee Reflect in size over 1 m². Hammerglass Mirrors are recommended for public toilets, changing rooms, sports facilities, elevators, prisons and mental health facilities where protection against vandalism or glass breakage is required.
