unbreakable mirror - Hammerglass
Hammerglass mirrors are unbreakable and offer high security in areas where they are installed.They reduce costs caused by vandalism or damage, and their nanotechnology surface treatment makes them resistant to most chemicals.Hammerglass mirrors can be cleaned with most known cleaning agents without damaging the mirrors.They are recommended for public toilets, locker rooms, sports facilities, elevators, prisons and psychiatric wards.
Light mirrors with or without frames
Hammerglass mirror glass weighs only 1.2 kg/m2 per mm of thickness, which is half the weight of conventional glass.With such a low glass weight, the weight of a 6 mm thick mirror glass is only 7.2 kg/m2.Due to their low weight, the mirrors are easy to handle without heavy lifting and can also be securely glued to the surface, even in the case of larger formats.
WALL MOUNTED MIRROR GLASS
In principle, the possibilities for individual design are unlimited.The mirror glass can be cut to special dimensions and in any desired shape.The low weight of the mirrors makes it easier to handle larger glass sections.We also offer default dimensions:

FRACTURE-RESISTANT FRAMED MIRROR
Elegant shatterproof mirror with beveled edges, made from Formica compact/high pressure laminate.The design of the frame ensures that it blends well with the wall surface.The beveled edge is very difficult to grip and prevents the mirror from detaching from the wall.The structure of the frame also allows the replacement of the mirror glass as opposed to a mirror glass glued to the wall.
The mirror is supplied with a white frame as standard, but can also be offered in various laminates such as birch, ash or walnut on request.The mirror is supplied in the standard dimensions of 380x600 mm, but can also be manufactured in special dimensions.The mirror glass itself weighs 1.2 kg/m2 per mm of thickness, which is half the weight of normal glass.A 6 mm thick mirror glass weighs 7.2 kg/m2.The weight of the frame is not included.

installation
Hammerglass Mirror Glass mounts with thru-bolts (not countersink), mounting points, or clamp mounts.Drilling is done at the factory or on site.For mounting with glue or silicone, contact Hammerglass AB to choose the right product.For larger areas (~1500x2000mm) Hammerglass Mirror Glass must be pre-glued to a flat surface to ensure the best optical effect.The framed mirror is attached with a continuous screw.
