Hammerglass INSULATE is an insulating glass system with double or triple glazing and a choice of glass for the inner pane. Hammerglass INSULATE can be integrated into existing glazing. Its light weight and high security rating offer numerous options for glazing in existing structures. Hammerglass INSULATE offers excellent resistance to burglary and vandalism.

We test the strength!

We thoroughly test all our products. Watch the video where we conduct a brute strength test on 6 mm Hammerglass compared to conventional safety glass from a police station (25 mm laminated glass).

Hammerglass Insulate

Hammerglass INSULATE is manufactured in all available insulating glass versions, typically with Hammerglass on the outer side. For the second and/or third pane, customers can choose from any glass type available on the market. By installing Hammerglass as the inner pane in the insulating glass cassette, the system provides protection against splinter injuries in the event of an explosion.

Hammerglass INSULATE also offers excellent sound insulation properties, a low U-value, and solar control. It's also available with heat-reducing Hammerglass IR, a slightly tinted Hammerglass that offers 45% heat reduction.

All window manufacturers and aluminum fabricators are able to supply windows or doors with Hammerglass panes. We have cooperation agreements with leading window manufacturers.
