The MB480 is the latest addition to the 400 series. A heavy-duty encoder that is easy to mount due to the hollow shaft. The MB480 comes with various shaft options such as true hollow shaft, semi-hollow shaft, tapered shaft and solid shaft.

This heavy-duty incremental encoder has a diameter of 60 mm and comes with enlarged ceramic bearings. The bearings are non-conductive and robust for additional durability. With an IP67 protection rating, this encoder is suitable for applications in harsh environments.
