MP500 is a robust potentiometer.

The sensor provides a radiometric analog voltage output with an amplitude of 0..5 Vdc or 0.5 to 4.5 Vdc proportional to the angular position of the shaft. The sensor's sensing principle is based on a magnetic sensing principle. The encoder is supplied with robust, oversized bearings and a mechanical locking mechanism, ensuring a long service life.

The potentiometer is powered by a 5Vdc supply and is available with an axial cable output. The cable length can be specified upon ordering. The sensor has a diameter of just 30 millimeters, making it useful for applications with limited space.
