The SICURTEC_BLAST polycarbonate safety glass is your reliable explosion protection in critical situations in which there is a risk of serious explosions.
Reality has taught us that the risk of explosions - whether due to accidents or acts of terrorism - has increased significantly. Explosive pressure waves that far exceed normal wind loads destroy conventional glass and put human lives at risk. But this does not apply to the explosion-proof barrier that SICURTEC_BLAST offers.

Our explosion-proof glazing has proven itself in tests and, in addition to certification, comes with many other advantages:
- Effective explosion protection even against detonations of 2.5 tons of TNT from a distance of 49 meters
- A weight of only 46 kg/m² with a thickness of 23 mm
- Ease of installation due to the low weight, can be implemented without lifting equipment
- Shatter-free properties under explosion pressure
