SCB Safe Timing
The SCB is a universally applicable, safe time control with which the moving parts of a machine or system can be shut down quickly and safely in the event of danger.Depending on the configuration, the safe outputs switch independently of one another with an on-delay, off-delay or without a delay.Simple and precise time parameterization is made possible by a push button, rotary button and the integrated display.
Extensive diagnostic measures are signaled by detailed error messages on the display.The SCB thus offers the advantages of safe controls in addition to the clear and simple functionality of a safety relay.
The various outputs also enable safe shutdown of firing systems in continuous operation according to EN 50156-1 and EN 746-2.
The safe mini timer SCB replaces outdated pneumatic timers
Pneumatic timing relays used up to now are mostly no longer state-of-the-art.Standard-compliant protection of the system is not possible.
SCB ensures state-of-the-art technology, both in the case of a retrofit and when setting up new burner systems, and thus compliance with applicable standards.
