cable tensioning system ZTK
As a system supplier for pull-wire safety switches, ZANDER offers all components for your customized application.
Use the ZANDER ZTK.
rope assembly system for easy assembly and rope adjustment Cable assembly and cable adjustment are extremely simplified with the new ZTK assembly system. Simply thread the end of the rope through the holes on the ZTK and tighten with the Allen screw. Then set the correct cable pull on the setting thread.
Special advantage: This setting is made on the switch so that the adjustment to correct cable tension is immediately visible on the status display of the switch.
The system is also available in stainless steel (type ZTKE).

Eye bolt M8
Pass the rope through an eyebolt every 3m.
Also provide an eyebolt 500 mm in front of each switch.
Stainless steel version available as an option.

Ceiling Hook
Alternatively, the pull rope can be fed through the ceiling hook every 3 m. The advantage is that the cable can be easily removed for maintenance.
A ceiling hook must also be provided 500 mm in front of each switch. e.g.: L:120 mm, M10, electrolytically galvanized cold heading steel including a fastening nut. Variant with L: 125 mm, M8 also available, galvanized steel or stainless steel.

pulley
Made of steel for perfect rope deflection - suitable for indoor and outdoor installation of the rope. Stainless steel version optional.
Deflection pulleys may only be mounted in such a way that the entire rope length is visible and accessible.
When using a tension spring at one end of the rope, a maximum of one rope deflection by means of a deflection pulley may take place along the entire length of the rope.

tension spring
235mm overall length, stainless steel finish.
Only suitable for short rope lengths. Only one rope deflection with the rope pulley is permitted.
Otherwise provide a switch on each side.

rope thimble

With 2x rope clamp.
Not required when using the cable tensioning system ZTK / ZTKE.
