ZCode coded RFID safety switch

The ZCode-RFID safety switches are tamper-proof, contactless safety switches for use in machine and plant construction that use both magnetic and RFID technology. This two-channel and diverse principle increases your security again.

The switches achieve a low coding level with master code and a high coding level with Unicode according to DIN EN ISO 14119. The switching status is indicated by an LED. All ZCode-RFID safety switches are dust and water-proof (IP67; ZCode-LRE has IP69K) and have an additional signal contact.

ZCode-PR, -LR, -JR and -KR

These switches are characterized in particular by a highly specified, encapsulated plastic housing, which ensures long-term use in harsh process environments. The highest normative safety requirements according to EN ISO 13849-1 and EN ISO 14119 as well as EN 62061 are achieved.

ZCode-LRE

This switch has a stainless steel housing and is therefore ideally suited for applications with high requirements in terms of protection class and hygiene, such as in the food sector (CIP / SIP cleaning up to 105 ° C).

Up to 20 ZCode modules can be connected in series to ZANDER safety relays or to a ZANDER safety control.
